Hey guys, I have decided to finally join the giveaway bandwagon, so to celebrate my 50th post in 2/3 days time I will be choosing a winner for this Emma speciality (apologies for the bad quality photos!!)…

Pink, organic cotton cardigan I customised with buttons, ribbons etc, it is new but I took the tag off to sew on my own label

…all you guys have to do is: Tell me which fashion item do you dream of having, but have never seen in stores to buy? For example, this could be a top with velcro sleeves or something else like a jacket made from pink purple and blue satin with yellow bows…ok not a great choice but you get the idea. Then simply mention me in your blog and link back. Simples
On to the day…
Not been too well again and have been lying on the couch again and sleeping loads. Generally feeling sorry for myself. I really need to get my college work done but I just can’t sit up and do it with this sore stomach, aaagh! What is even worse, o2 have cut off my mobile line. Not such a good day eh.
So I woke up at 6:30ish, drank my suppliment, then munched through this…

Oats, Wheetabix, soya milk, banana, dried fig, walnuts, brazils, fage 0% and a little gingerbread man and vanilla powder sprinkled on top
And for snack I was feeling pancakey…

Blueberry pancake (pinhead oats, egg white, vanilla essence, baking soda) with, PB & Co, a little banana and yoghurt

WW pasta, tomato paste, spinach, cherry tomatos, garlic and CHEESE!!
Today I was just eating what I felt like I wanted…not what I had to have, and I really wanted this pasta like I used to make before ED…and it had bloody CHEESE in it…one of my major fear foods. I was nervous to say the least, but to get life back on track I need to conquer my fears. ED was obviously screaming at me, but I told it to fuck right off because I, EMMA wanted it and I was dam well going to have it!
For dinz I made another home made wrap, without the oil this time, which worked much better!

WW wrap stuffed with tikka chicken, fage 0% and tahini, with hot sauce and some veggie soup on the side

Fage 0% with granola and almonds
and some yummies from yesterday…

WW muffin with banana and honey, and PB & Co

A random juice for less bulk (well, half of it lol)- spinach, beetroot, 1/2 an orange, 1/2 a Fortijuice and some detox cordial.
The juice was not great but not bad either, need to experiment with these things. At least it was packed with nutrients though
, oh and The author I am always talking about is going to be signing books on sunday in Waterstones, yay!! So me and rach are going to go up and get our books signed…cool chick book nerd, yeah I know
My little cuz Reece is up staying with us at the moment and he’s just arrived with his xbox so we are just going to play guitar hero, woop! Off to rock the sitting room now,
Sleep well my lovelies xxx

oooh i totally want to enter this giveaway! you are SO talented w/ all of your creations, i am always so amazed! i love the pink color of the cardigan. pink is always in style hehe.
hmmm the fashion item i’d like to see is hard to describe but would be like a gingham print puffy short ballet type skirt. almost like a tutu but made out of cotton. confusing and weird and i’d probably look silly but i always wanted to try something crazy/cute like that.
anyway congrats for moving forward in recovery by facing some of those fear foods.
have a wonderful weekend!

That cardie is sooooooooo cute! I don’t have a blog but thought I might be in with a chance on the giveaway anyway if I commented?! Worth a try! I’m also Emma and am recovering in the UK as well, been reading your blog for a while now. Mmmm tough question about the clothing…probably would have to say a pair of pretty floral dungaree shorts! I always wanted some dungarees but never had any and I love floral prints! Much love xx
